With a distinguished 30-year career, Bush has successfully scaled and operationally grown multiple companies, leading organizations across various industries. His leadership philosophy is centered on fostering strong cultures and building high-performing teams to drive growth and innovation.
As CEO, Bush envisions an ambitious future for iCONECT that focuses on broadening and expanding the company’s capabilities beyond legal eDiscovery. “In 2024, we began the transformation of iCONECT into a data intelligence company, applying our software to multiple use cases inside and outside the legal industry,” said Bush. “Now we are integrating GenAI-powered solutions within our platform to deliver scalable, efficient and cost-effective data insights to our customers.”
Bush is a partner in the investment group behind iCONECT, NewField Capital Partners, and has been actively engaged with the company since 2020 as both investor and strategic advisor. He will remain actively involved as an owner and board member, providing guidance from both a governance and thought leadership perspective.
