iCONECT Launches v10 with enhanced AI and PII functionality

San Francisco, CA (March 12, 2020) – iCONECT, a privately held 20-year industry leader in legal technology / eDiscovery and makers of the award-winning iCONECT document review platform, announced the launch of version 10 of their flagship iCONECT platform containing new features and functions in sync with upcoming changes to EDRM to adopt best practices in privacy and risk. The new version, available to existing and new clients is set for general release on March 16, 2020.

“This is a ground-up rework of core functionality in the platform with both interface and back end optimizations and enhancements.” said CEO Ian Campbell. “With the built-in optionality which allows for use of the platform both behind the firewall and in a private or public cloud, the enhancements will make a significant positive impact in matters whether managed by law firms, corporations, government agencies or vendors.”

The v10 platform brings several significant foundational enhancements to the award-winning proprietary cloud technology, including newly embedded Sentio AI technology to drive both CAL and manual review Oversight. Further, the new COVER module analyzes inbound documents for PII and automatically folders results. Users can then auto-redact both keywords and private information such as credit cards or phone numbers. Beyond these core AI features, there are over 131 enhancements and new features in the platform all designed to enhance the user’s experience and optimize workflows, making this iCONECT’s most robust update in years.

“A key differentiator is the bundled ‘all-in’ pricing which creates predictability and simplicity for clients.” said Rob Bush, iCONECT board member. “When combined with a ‘partnership’ approach wherein iCONECT doesn’t compete with its own channel, we’re confident that v10 meets market needs on both a product and a business level.”

Thom Wisinski of Haynes and Boone confirms this aligns with market need saying, “iCONECT has always looked over the horizon to create innovative workflows which help us manage complex matters. They have raised the bar again with this V10 release.”
