Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Enterprise Sales Executive. The Enterprise Sales Executive will be responsible for utilizing consultative sales skills to develop new business relationships, generating leads, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. The Enterprise Sales Executive will also be responsible for consultative selling with the goal of providing solutions that meet our clients’ unique business case requirements. One of your goals will be to work with Legal Service Providers, Alliance Partners, Law Firms, Corporations, and their direct teams where appropriate to drive new software customers. Essential Job Functions

  • Become proficient on software offered by iCONECT, and the value propositions offered to Law Firms, Corporations, and Legal Service Providers
  • Develop targeted account plans and lead a detailed account strategy focused to growth and new business opportunities
  • Execute on targeted marketing campaigns for territory or segments. Self-generate opportunities in your territory and with partners
  • Maintain detailed pipeline of new and existing accounts, accurate representation of forecasting analysis and details in CRM of new and current client status and opportunities
  • Meet and exceed assigned revenue quotas
  • Travel as necessary in your territory to develop key client and partner opportunities


  • 5+ years sales experience in direct and partner sales with a demonstrated history of client acquisition and sales achievements in a commissioned environment
  • 2-5 years legal technology experience is a plus
  • Sales and Software Sales skills
  • Lead generation and consultative selling skills
  • Experience in contract negotiation
  • Excellent business development, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in SaaS software and/or B2B technology sales is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor’s degree. Business Administration, Marketing, or related field a plus
