I would like to introduce to you our newest Technical Support team member: Marcus Murphy.
Marcus has been in a customer service role for over a decade and really enjoys helping his clients find the right solution to their problems. Marcus recently graduated from the Computer Systems Technology program at the local college.
Out of the office, Marcus is an avid football fan and participates in a fantasy league. He also enjoys spending time with his family, doing a variety of outdoor activities like hiking and biking. Marcus is a huge movie buff; he has worked at the local video store for several years (yes, we still have one that is thriving) and has watched over 500 different movies.
Marcus is up for a challenge; he loves solving puzzles and troubleshooting issues, which makes him a great fit for our team.
eDiscovery is a whole new universe for Marcus – one that he did not know existed before starting with iCONECT. Marcus is looking forward to supporting all of you in the coming weeks. Welcome, Marcus!
