Updates and improvements are how software companies continue to grow and mature to meet the ever-changing needs of their clients and market demands. Such is the case with iCONECT’s latest release, which continues to expand iCONECT’s expertise and market space. With these latest series of enhancements, users gain a more expansive data response with focus on Cyber Data Mining for incident response, data management, and document review. The release is available now, and here’s what’s new:
Tools to Improve Data Response
There are no small data problems. With our latest releases, our intuitive platform can be used for other applications, with two new tools to meet data challenges:
– Cyber Data Mining Review*: Cybersecurity and incident response are top priorities for organizations managing large volumes of sensitive data. The Cyber Data Mining Review tool is designed by an expert in the field, focusing on rapid, error-free data identification during incident response workflows. This tool streamlines data triage, enabling you to generate notification lists and quickly review data in real time, making it a game-changer for data breach and compliance teams. For more information, contact Emily Johnston, Product Manager, Incident Response Data Mining.
– Data Governance*: Data management and storage is top of mind for many corporations. The Data Minimization tool makes it easy for you to quickly scan and identify files in place. File permissions viewed directly in iCONECT makes it easy to pinpoint file ownership for proactive decision-making and data management. For more information, contact Jonathan Younie, Product Manager, Data Governance.
– eDiscovery Review: We continue to bolster our flagship platform with enhancements and new features. More specifically, we recently introduced a dedicated Coding Rules page, which allows administrators to create and manage coding rules easily. The new Coding Action rule makes it easy to review specific coding actions for each record, offering more granular control and accountability.
Housing all tools in one platform also makes it easy to take advantage of technology updates. All tools benefit from new native file conversion technology: users can extract breach data quickly, and all users benefit from updated technology to display native files, including better rendering of Excel spreadsheets. Reach out to iCONECT support for guidance on how to use this in your workflow.
*Each enhancement licensed separately. Existing eDiscovery Review licensees may add Cyber Data Mining Review and/or Data Governance to their existing system. Contact an iCONECT sales representative for details.
Stay tuned as we continue to provide solutions to meet your data needs.
