Overview of iCONECT’s Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to us. The privacy practices of this statement (“Privacy Policy”) apply to our services available under the domain and sub domains of www.iconect.com, herein referred to as “the Site”. By visiting the Site you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use or access the Site. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect from you and how that information may be used.

By accepting the Privacy Policy and our LSP License Request, you expressly consent to our use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to the terms of the LSP License Request. This Privacy Policy is effective upon the date of acceptance for all users.

Use of Personal Information

When you use the Site, we collect and store your personal information, such as your name, phone number, and email address. This allows us to provide services that most likely meet your needs, collect fees owed, and to inform you about products, services, and updates. We only collect personal information about you that we consider necessary for achieving these purposes.

If you establish a credit account with us to pay any fees, we collect additional information, such as a billing address, a credit card number and a credit card expiration date. If you send us personal correspondence, such as emails or letters, we may collect such information into a file specific to you.

We may automatically track certain information about you, such as your computer browser information and your IP address, based upon your behavior on the Site. We may use this information to do internal research on our users’ demographics, interests, and behavior to better serve our users. We will not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your consent.

We use data collection devices such as “cookies” on certain pages of the Site to assist us in providing our services. Most cookies are “session cookies,” meaning that they are automatically deleted from your hard drive at the end of a session. You are always free to decline our cookies if your browser permits, although in that case, you may not be able to use certain features on the Site and you may be required to re-enter your password more frequently during a session.

You agree that we may use personal information about you to improve our marketing and promotional efforts, to analyze site usage, and to customize or improve site content, layout, and services.

You agree that we may use your personal information to contact you and deliver information to you, such as administrative notices, product offerings, and communications relevant to your use of the Site. By accepting the Privacy Policy, you expressly agree to receive this information. If you do not wish to receive these communications, we encourage you to opt out of the receipt of certain communications by contacting your iCONECT representative.

Please note that we will not request personal information via e-mail. If someone contacts you in this manner and requests personal information, DO NOT RESPOND. Those requests are not from us.

Providing Personal Information to Third Parties

We may share personal information about you with our affiliates, subsidiaries, joint ventures, internal service providers, and to third parties performing services for us. To the extent that these entities have access to your information, they will follow privacy practices no less protective than our practices described in this Privacy Policy, to the extent allowed by applicable law.

In response to a verified request by law enforcement or other government official relating to a criminal investigation or alleged illegal activity, we can (and you authorize us to) disclose your name, city, state, telephone number, and email address without a subpoena. Although we use industry standard practices to protect your privacy, we cannot insure that all of your private communications and other personal information will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this Privacy Policy. By way of example (without limiting the foregoing), we may be forced to disclose personal information to the government or to third parties under certain circumstances, as allowed by applicable law, or third parties may unlawfully intercept or access your personal information.
