End-user Custom Training - Webinars

Individual training needs may vary by organization, role or skill level. In order to provide flexible world-class training specific to customer needs, iCONECT will work with clients to create, custom-tailored live or recorded webinar training classes to teach end-users the most pertinent features and functions applicable to their needs.

Webinar classes may cover a wide variety of topics ranging from general overviews, to specific category functions to question and answer sessions. Final topics, length, number, frequency and speakers will be determined during a few planning sessions prior to developing course content.
