End-User Custom Training – Classes

Prefer live, in-person training? No problem.

Similar to our End-User Custom Training Webinars, iCONECT realizes that individual training needs may vary by organization, role or skill level. And, that some organizations and people prefer face to face training classes in small group settings in order to maximize learning.

So, as with our custom end-user webinar classes, iCONECT will work with client to create, custom-tailored live, in-person training classes to teach end-users the most pertinent features and functions applicable to their needs.

Custom training classes may be held at iCONECT’s corporate headquarters in Reston, VA or at a preferred on or offsite client location based upon preferences and availability. Training classes may cover a wide variety of topics ranging from general overviews, to specific category functions to question and answer sessions. Final topics, length, number, frequency and speakers will be determined during a few planning sessions prior to developing course content.
