iCONECT Certified Administrator Training
Become a certified iCONECT Administrator by learning the full range of the iCONECT nXT server.
Section 1: End User Features and Support
Learn all the end-user features for the current version of iCONECT nXT including the Case Portal, database window, reviewing, folders, searching, table/document view, sorting, reports, exports, production requests, integrations, viewing and redacting TIFFs and native files, review batches, folder rules, and so on. Focus is how to use and leverage the full range of features that can support end users for a smooth document review.
Section 2: Web Administration
Learn how to create and manage users/cases/clients, run reports, set server options, configure the full range of security features, troubleshoot issues, access the knowledge base, and more.
Section 3: nXT Manager
Learn how to create databases, load data, link images to records, create TIFFs, link native files, run production requests, configure field security, manage folders and folder security, Tally, set up word lists and field groups, create backups and PAR, and troubleshoot.
This class covers the underlying fundamentals of good database design, working with images and native files, and overall best practices for setting up and maintaining your iCONECT system.
After successfully completing the class, written assessment and lab project, students will be Certified iCONECT nXT Administrators for 1 year. To continue certification, Certified iCONECT nXT Administrators will need to attend an annual recertification webinar.
Clients who own an iCONECT nXT server must employ a minimum of 2 Certified iCONECT nXT Administrators for the first iCONECT nXT system plus 1 Certified iCONECT nXT Administrator per additional iCONECT nXT system (e.g., if you have 3 systems, you need 2 Admins for the first system, 1 for the second system, and 1 for the third system 1, for a total of 4 Admins). Clients acquiring a new iCONECT nXT server must meet this requirement for Certified Administrators prior to the issuance of their license.
Course Length: 3.5 days
