User Training
The people who use the front-end of iCONECT’s products are generally reviewers, but can be researchers, attorneys, paralegals, or even administrators. They need to know how to get the most out of our products in order to review, research, or otherwise maintain a project.
For our iCONECT products, we offer a series of four recorded webinars that cover the full gamut of the features of our review platform. Each recording is about an hour hour and is geared toward a specific topic.
Session 1 introduces the participant to logging in, opening their specific project and database, opening a batch if required, viewing the documents, basic searching, and a quick annotation. We discuss security in this and every session.
Session 2 delves into customizing the interface and covers every search option.
Session 3 is about images and editing. We cover all of the ways to view a document, each of the annotation tools, and how to make any edits as required.
Session 4 discusses how to develop reports, productions, and exports.
Anyone who completes the four recorded webinars will receive a certificate of completion. Note that webinars do not meet Accreditation/License Agreement requirements.
