iCONECT offers a variety of workshops to ensure that Administrators are prepared to manage their systems and assist their clients quickly, easily, and with the best possible results.
Administrator Certification Workshop
The Administrator Certification Workshop is for students who are new to the software or to administration or who would welcome a more detailed update and time interacting with other peers in the industry. It is offered as a live workshop in our Reston, VA location and is geared toward litigation support analysts, database and project managers, and anyone who needs to know how to create databases, load data, and manage their iCONECT servers.
Annual Recertification Webinar
This workshop is offered monthly to participants who are approaching the anniversary of their last certification. Anyone who was certified within the past 12 months may take this three hour workshop via webinar.
Administrator Update Webinar
This workshop is offered monthly to participants who were certified more than 13 months ago. This four hour workshop will bring administrators up to speed on the new features of iCONECT and ensure that they’re getting the most out of their systems.
Masters Classes
These one-hour workshops are offered monthly on a variety of topics to allow administrators to investigate topics in more depth.
