iCONECT offers a wide variety of workshops for a wide range of skill levels and roles. Our goal is to ensure that you, your organization, and your clients are able to make the most of iCONECT’s products and to perform your jobs superlatively. For many of our offerings, you may choose from a live workshop, a webinar, a teleconference, or a recording. The options vary depending on the subject matter involved. For example, our Administrator Certification Workshop is only available as a live in-person event – although you can come to us or we will travel to you.
Pre-Install Support
iCONECT believes that an informed consumer is our best client and will be able to use our software to the full extent of its capabilities. To that end, we offer demonstrations that are geared to your questions and needs. Please contact info@iconect.com to schedule a demo.
We also offer additional support prior to purchase and install. Your sales representative will work with you to schedule additional demos, assist you in getting specs for new equipment, arranging for internal sales training, and assist with marketing initiatives. They can also help arrange custom training for your organization or your clients.
User Workshops
iCONECT offers a series of four pre-recorded workshops on our nXT and XERA products that are designed for the ultimate user of the product. Custom workshops are available on request. In addition to iCONECT-specific workshops, we also offer industry workshops on special topics.
Administrator Workshops
iCONECT Administrators are certified after attending a four day workshop. Once certified, they can attend Masters Classes on specific topics of interest to Administrators. Recertification workshops are offered monthly.
Industry Topics
iCONECT offers a number of workshops on general eDiscovery matters as well as topics of interest to our industry at large. In the past we have offered sessions on increasing effectiveness of eDiscovery review, the DOJ eDiscovery protocol, admissibility of ESI, budgeting, and predictions for the future. We will offer additional topics in the future.
