Consultation Services over the Web

Using state-of-the-art interactive web tools, our consultant accesses your system (or arranges for your staff to access one of our systems, depending on your needs) to provide assistance over the web.

Price:

$250/hr (minimum 1 hour)

Services:

  • Customized workflow training
  • Advanced training on specific iCONECT end-user features

Note: Consultation for iCONECT administration features is available only onsite.


Onsite Consultation Services

Our trainer visits your location to provide hands-on assistance.

Price:

$1,200 per day (one day is 8 hours) plus expenses

Services:

  • New project startup
  • Database design and implementation
  • Transferring data into iCONECT
  • Optimizing existing projects/databases
  • Customized workflow training
  • Customized training on specific iCONECT features (end user or administration)
