Instantly Assess Documents with "Word Marking" Visual Cues
Word Marking highlights words from a list of relevant text such as privileged names, terms and product references to give reviewers visual cues to instantly assess a document without having to thoroughly read the document:
- Easily create word lists by copying text from a known key document such as a case summary.
- Multiple word lists by topic can be created and marked in the same document, each with a different highlight color.
- Flag a document based on the number of Word Marking hits or skim the text around highlighted words to determine the review designation.
- Word Marking complements Search features. For example, use searching to return a list of possible privileged documents, and then use Word Marking to quickly identify the actual privileged documents.

View Native Files with No Special Software Required
View, print and organize native files regardless of file type or language:
- View native files without having to install the native program or special plug-ins. iCONECT provides this feature by creating and displaying an image of the native file "on-the-fly" in its image viewer.
- Display foreign language native files with no special processing required. Available languages include Japanese, Mandarin, Russian and Arabic.
- Organize native files into folders for export, or to facilitate productions with your vendor.
- For native files that are imported into iCONECT as extracted data, full-text searching is also available for Germanic and Latin languages such as French, German, and Italian.
