iCONECT expands its training program to include onsite services to meet the needs of its increased client base. To assist with implementing the new services, Sarai Guerra has been hired as lead trainer and technical specialist.

Guerra has extensive experience in the legal industry including: systems management, network configuration, advanced database administration, and overall litigation support management. Prior to joining iCONECT, she was Senior Technical Services Manager at LIT Group and RLS Legal Solutions.

Onsite training and technical services programs are available for government agencies, corporations and law firms. The new programs give clients the flexibility to receive in-depth instruction at their office, which cuts down on travel costs and time away from work. Complex technical services are provided to assist clients with their specific litigation support issues. iCONECT also offers intensive 3-day administrator training at its Los Angeles area training facilities as well as free webinars (offered weekly) that focus on end user training.
