2009 Partners Conference FAQ

When and how do I register?
All registrations must be received by February 13, 2009 to guarantee your spot.
Registrations received after February 13, 2009 are NOT guaranteed.

Who should attend?
iCONECT ASPs and CSPs as well as law firm, corporate and government clients.

Educational Tracks will focus specifically on Technology and Management. Therefore, it is most beneficial to your company to send at least one representative from each of these respective departments.

Who will attend?
iCONECT ASPs, CSPs, law firm, government and corporate client as well as a few of our software integration partners will be in attendance.

Can I bring additional people?
You are welcome to bring as many representatives from your company as you’d like. The cost for each guest beyond the number of your complimentary invitation(s) is $1600.00. This includes conference registration, accommodations for three nights in a standard shared room and meals.

Can I bring my spouse?
In order to uphold a productive business and educational environment, we are limiting this event and ask that no spouses/partners accompany guests at the resort.

What is included in my registration?
Your individual registration includes:

• (3) nights stay in a single room at the Parker Palm Springs
• Checking in: Saturday, March 28
• Checking out: Tuesday, March 31
• Participation in all Conference events:
• Team Building on Sunday
• Dinners and receptions
• All education sessions
• All meals during scheduled Conference activities
• Conference Materials

How many registrations does my company receive?
Each company invited to the Conference by iCONECT will receive two complimentary registrations.

What is the dress code?
Informal and casual. We do NOT require any form of dress clothes as there is NO formal dinner planned.

What airport options do I have?
Palm Springs Airport (PSP): 2.9 mi – approx 8 minutes from the resort
Los Angeles Airport (LAX) : 128 mi – approx 2 hours from the resort
Ontario International Airport (ONT): 76.0 mi – approx 1 hour from the resort
Long Beach Airport (LGB): 114 mi – approx 2 hours from the resort

How do I get from the airport to the Hotel?
If you are flying into the Palm Springs Airport, the resort is a short taxi ride.

We suggest NOT taking a taxi from any other airport as it can be very costly based on the distance to the resort. Rental cars are available at each of the airports listed.

When should I arrive?
Please plan to arrive at the Parker Palm Springs on the afternoon/evening of Saturday, March 28th and leave the resort the afternoon/evening of Tuesday, March 31st.

What time is Check-in and Check-out at the resort?
Check-in is 4:00 PM
Check-out is 12:00 Noon

What will the educational tracks cover?
Meet our administrators, development staff, and technical support who will discuss upcoming direction in iCONECTnXT software. We will cover monitoring tools to track user activity and review progress, our unique XML technology that enables importing and exporting with other industry-leading software programs, backup and recovery, and much more to maximize productivity with your nXT system.

Should I bring a laptop?
A laptop is not needed for the educational sessions.

Are there additional expenses to the Conference? (List not inclusive/exclusive)

• Airfare
• Transportation to and from Palm Springs
• Additional snacks, alcohol, and other consumption purchases including room service
• Gratuities. Pre-paid gratuities cover dining services for Conference meals
• Tipping the Maitre D’, bar waiters and bell hops are at the guests’ discretion
• Souvenirs/Shopping

Can I stay an extra night or two?
If you are planning to stay additional nights, please contact us, let us know your dates, and if available, you will be billed for your additional nights upon check out.

Will there be time for me to do extracurricular activities?
You may need to extend your trip if you are interested in the other activities Palm Springs has to offer. Day and evening activities at the Conference will take up most of each day.

Is the hotel near any attractions?
The hotel is a short drive away from several Palm Springs attractions including: Downtown Palm Springs, the aerial tram, hiking, shopping, golf and casinos. For more information on attractions, please visit the Palm Spring's Bureau of Tourism.

What is the cancellation policy?
iCONECT Development, LLC is extending invitations based on the recipient's guaranteed attendance at the conference. Once you have registered, your space is paid for.

Cancellations or room upgrades must be received by March 6, 2009 to avoid cancellation fees. Any cancellations made after this date will result in a penalty charge of the full conference fee of $1600 made payable to iCONECT Development, LLC.
