Technical Trainer, Litigation Support & eDiscovery Software

Location: Reston, VA
We are currently seeking to fill the position of: Technical Trainer, Litigation Support & eDiscovery Software
- Develops and conducts programs to train litigation support analysts and managers how to install, manage, and support iCONECT software including iCONECT nXT document review platform and INCEPT processing and early case assessment software
- Lectures on installing, managing and supporting iCONECT software following outline, handouts, and texts, and demonstrates hands-on exercises in the software
- Conducts webinars for End User and other non-certification training
- Administers and grades skills assessments for certification students
- Writes training materials including outlines, text, handouts, and assessments, and designs clinical exercises
- Travels to client sites to conduct trainings, up to 50% travel
- Represents the company at tradeshows and industry events as needed
- Supports sales and marketing efforts of the company, including through the use of social media outlets such as twitter and LinkedIn
- Researches and provides information on industry trends
- Demonstrates and advocates for best practices for management and handling of electronic discovery based on the EDRM, Sedona Conference, and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure
- Based in Northern Virginia (no relocation provided)
- Candidates must have hands-on experience loading data into iCONECTnXT or similar products like Concordance, Summation, RingTail, Relativity, or iPRO
- Must have strong knowledge of litigation, ediscovery, database design and maintenance principles, and legal services in general – Prefer candidates with industry certifications
- Candidates must have substantial live classroom training experience teaching technical staff in law firms or the litigation industry
- Junior trainers passionate about learning ediscovery are welcome to apply

Senior Software Developer

We are currently seeking to fill the position of: Senior Software Developer
Reporting to the Manager, Research and Development, the main responsibilities of this position will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- C++/C# experience required.
- SQL (Oracle/SQL Server or other) experience required.
- Must have a passion for writing code and creating an excellent product experience.
- Able to work without supervision as a single contributor or as a team member.
- Proven ability to write functional and design specifications and test plans.
- Proven ability to implement, and test software modules and product enhancements based on requirements and specifications.
- Able to do technical reviews and walkthroughs of system designs, and code review with peers.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript an asset.
- Familiarity with ASP.NET/C# products an asset.
- Familiarity with SOAP protocol / REST methodology an asset.
- Familiarity with database backend processors, IIS and web environments a plus.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
