As a Silverlight C# Developer you will:

• 3+ years experience
• Report and work directly with Senior Management

• Participate in project and team meetings
• Assist in the design, development and modification of new and existing software applications
• Participate in the full cycle of the SDLC

Position Requirements:

• 5 plus years C++ experience with increasing responsibilities
• Full time, permanent role within the Development Team
• Use C/C++ build develop/modify the iCONECT suite of products
• Designs and implements software systems and product enhancements based on requirements specifications. Produces documents related to these efforts as required.
• Working with Lead Architect, decides approaches, modeling techniques and provides estimations for schedules, technical scope. Participates in technical reviews of requirements and systems design with peers.
• Develops and refines programming code for software development and product enhancements. Determines algorithms and approaches and recommends solutions. Liaises with Lead Architect to ensure capture of all relevant functionality.
• Complete unit testing of software code written
• Follow company procedures for the documentation of problem identification, analysis and resolution
• Maintain appropriate communication with Queue Manager on all assigned problems
• Provide code walkthroughs to iCONECT technical architect as required
• Able to work without supervision as a single contributor or a team member
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript/ASP products an asset
• Familiarity with database backend processors, IIS and web environments a plus
• Excellent communication and writing skills

Education:
University Degree in Computer Science
